 | Second single Rock With U now on iTunes
| Janet's second single "Rock With U" is now on iTunes. You can now pre-order the album 'Discipline' and receive the track "Rock With U" immediately. You can purchase "Rock With U" on iTunes by Clicking Here.
The Promo DVD rip of "Feedback" has been added to the download section of the site as well as the "Feedback" remixes. Check the site in the coming weeks for all of Janet's 'Discipline' promotional appearances.

| Once again a new era is upon us and with that comes the high demand of bandwidth that it takes for a site with the volume of media we offer at high speed download rates. With the holiday season just passing us, bills, and school we at Janetmedia.com are not in the best shape to solely continue financing the site. We know Janetmedia is a great resource for the fan community and we know you guys would hate to see it go. | Janet's first single "Feedback" from her debut album with Island Def Jam surfaced online today. The single goes for adds at Pop and Rhythmic radio on January 7th so make sure you request it at your local radio stations. The as yet untitled album is due in stores February 26th.

 | Janet on Oprah - Why Did I Get Married? Promo
| On Wednesday Janet, Tyler Perry, and Jill Scott were on The Oprah Winfrey Show promoting their new film "Why Did I Get Married?". Just in case you missed the interview it is available in the download section of the site. Janet will be doing press for the movie on several major shows so check back for new interviews in the coming days. "Why Did I Get Married?" opens Nation wide on October 12th.

 | Site back up!
| After being gone for about a week we've put the site back up.
Due to me and Jay being really busy I dont think we'll be able to update with older material.
Of course if anything new surfaces we'll get that up as soon as we can.
In the meantime we've added Janet's phone in to the HSN when her stylist was on there selling a dress.

 | Note about corrupted files
| Some files may show up as corrupted. It isn't really corrupted its just a extension error.
Open the folder where the zip file is
go to Tools> Folder Options> View
Uncheck 'Hide extentions for known file types' click apply then OK
Now when you see the file it will say .zip at the end.
change to .rar an click yes.
your file will now extract
You may have to do this with every file added before Dec 2006
If this bothers you sorry, we didnt change the site to this format for fun. It was needed in order to keep the site running and free
